Use a password just for Kortex Cloud — not the password for your email or any other account. Your company and license permissions are managed by KeyDrill or your company manager.
A verification code confirms your email for this portal; it does not give Kortex access to your mailbox. Never share your password or code with anyone, including support staff.
Sign in with your authorized email and Kortex password. Email verification codes are used for first-time setup and password reset, not for signing in. If you previously used email-code sign-in, contact KeyDrill for help with password access.
